Traction, hydraulic and machine room-less elevators (MRL)
Ascenseurs Design has a great expertise in the manufacturing of all types of elevators. The company designs structural elements, cabins, accessories and landing entrances. The structural elements are pre-assembled to minimize the time required for installation on site. All components are certified by the Canadian Welding Bureau.
Cabins
Ascenseurs Design offers a complete range of accessories and cabin components:
- stainless steel, laminated panels, mirror, glass or other finishes;
- several models of handrails;
- ceiling cladding and lighting.
Signals
Ascenseurs Design is proud to offer and manufacture in our facilities everything that is required for an elevator, from control panels, call plates, position and direction indicators to consoles. We integrate in our signaling any type of component as per your requests, including buttons and indicators of different companies. But we also offer a new type of button whose quality and appearance gives another choice to the customer.
Elevators Design also offers pre-wiring of control panels. We do this by taking into account the particularities of the project and the control chosen by its customers.

Entrances
Ascenseurs Design offers regular and integrated landing entrances with various finishes, in addition to superior quality glass doors. Like its entire production, entrances can be tailor-made to meet the specifications and dimensions of each site. When it comes to modernization, the company can also provide doors that bring existing entrances up to standard.
ULC 1h½
Ascenseurs Design also holds a ULC 1h½ certification, representing the industry standard.
Miscellaneous components
Ascenseurs Design manufactures CSA certified electrical conduit. The standard inventory includes 2½”, 4” and 6” conduits, in order to respond quickly to the needs of each work site. All accessories are also available, including elbows, T-fittings, unions and mouthpieces.
